Rule 202: unexpected Room boundary issues

I have here a problem which is bugging me since a while: a large number of rooms show mistakes on their boundary when checked with rule 202.

They are automatically generated by Archicad and are thus as correct as they can get. And not all generated rooms show these boundary problems.

Above all, how can I filter this out? It looks like we have loads of room errors, which isn’t the case.

There it is, a nearly perfect delivery, but with extra 43 non-existent, unremovable issues.
And there is no alternative to rule 202, as far as I can tell.
