Gatekeeper SOL/232/1.1 on top of SOL/1/5.0 doesn't work

I use SOL/232/1.1 on top of SOL/1/5.0.
In SOL/232/1.1 i set the Sub Rule Options on “check all models, if issues”
By components is set is to loke alone to the architectuel model.

With SOL/1/5.0 i want to check the duplicate.
When i running te ruleset he also take the structural model to in the search of duplicate.
In SOL/1/5.0 it looks to a classification NL-SFB 16.??
The code 16.?? is present in the architectual en structural model.

Why doesn’t the gatekeeper rule exclude the structural 16.??
