IfcPropertySingleValue unit error

In Solibri, the value of the length property “MyLength” in the IFC attached is displayed as 1,000,000 mm or 1,000.00 m. Other IFC viewers display the value “correctly”, as 1000 mm.

The issue seems to come from that the project length unit is set to meters in IfcUnitAssignment (line #15), whilst the length property “MyLength” is defined with the unit millimetre (line #23).

Our interpretation of the unit argument in IfcPropertySingle value is that when it is given, the project units are irrelevant. The way we intepret it, the NominalValue argument should be given with its value corresponding to the Unit argument.
