Adding components to a problem?

Hello,

we have a largish project where many issues repeat with slight variations across floors. We have thus hundreds of orange issues that are actually the same. But if we add an issue to a problem, this is linked to only a few components.

How can we add more components to the same problem? I managed once to get an alert proposing to add to a group of issues, but couldn’t get it again.

It is very difficult to go through the issues, we find, since they never disappear from the list nor can they be logically conglomerated. What are we missing?
