Can't add hyperlink to classifications

Hi,

I can’t add a hyperlink to classifications. The button is greyed out. (This applies in new classifications, but also existing ones)

This doesnt apply however to Checking rules, the button is available there.
Do other users experience the same?

I was on a old version first, but I just tested it in the latest version and it was the same.
