0 Width element not assigned to 'Nearest Space'

I have a model with a series of IfcFlowTerminals, that are 0 Width - they have Y and Z dimension, but 0 on X-axis, so they don’t have any volume.

This seems to cause problems for the Location - Closest Space function, they do not get any space reported for them, despite clearly being enclosed in a room. Any advice what to do?
