JVM could not be started

Hello!

A collegue of mine has some problems with starting solibri. She gets an error as shown below.

Yesterday she was able to open up the model but since today she wast able to. after the first error now Solibri doesnt start anymore…

Anyone got an idea? apparently the IT-guys made a change to the firewall this morning to her pc, but i have no idea what to adjust to fix this!

Hi. It is hard to say without logs. Could be the antivirus system blocking the execution as you said there were some IT changes. They might have to whitelist Solibri executable or check with the Antivirus product why it might prevent Solibri from launching.
