@pasi-paasiala We have files that come from Revit so they don’t have a long BATID +/- 8 characters. Can you send me your emailadress so we can send you a file?

Hi, I have a new issue, that might be related to the ongoing problem.
Today when I synchronized new issues with BIMCollab, a few of the issues images did not turn up. And when I synchronized from BIMCollab the Resolve issues (5 issuesin BIMCollab), the box in Solibri says that it found 5 issues, but I can not find them in the presentation folder.
This is something that has worked without problems before.

          HI @Trina @Dennis @NickKoster @Maxime-Sabbagh
it is a very interesting find from @Pasi-Paasiala

But can you also confirm that you also have these strange BATIDs in your project? What BIM Tools are you using for the components?

I am currently starting a big project with multiple BIM tools and what to be one step ahead with this case. To be honest I have never seen such BATIDs in Solibri working with Archicad, Revit, Zoom, Tekla…

The long BATIDs are only one situation that causes problems. There are a couple of others that we have been able to duplicate with the help of the file @YasmineD provided. We’re in close contact with @Paul-Deckers from KUBUS to find out the problems.

@sebastian-nybäck This might be the same problem, but hard to say 100%.

Hi @agroni, I don’t see any strange BATID’s in our models. The IFC’s in our SMC files are exported from: Revit, Tekla, Sketchup, Parabuild Steel, SolidWorks, Vectorworks, Acad and Briscad.

What can help to get de image back in BIM Collab:

                  Workaround.
Synchronize issues from bim collab to solibri for the latest stand.
Make from the presentation a bcf report, and import those in BIM Collab online.(import bcf)
The issues will be overwrite on BIMcollab, but the this time the issues are visable.

The issues on BIM collab have now image again and can be comunicated to others.

                  Met vriendelijke groet,
                  Harmen Jorritsma

Hi @agroni, I also don’t see any strange BATIDs in my smc files, they all consist of 8 numbers

                      Hi everyone,

I have noticed a worrisome increase in issues that get synchronized to BIMCollab without the viewpoint image in our company. The issues that are without viewpoint images, are both existing issues with new comments and also new issues. Does anyone know what causes the problem, and/or a workaround that saves all the comments in an issue (we have had issues where bcf report 2.1 does not include everything). And is it possible to say when this issue is expected to be fixed?

                      -Sebastian
