Failed to initialize BCF connector

Hi guys,

I hope you can help me. One of my collegues got this error today about Visual C++ on his laptop :

The error occurs when he tries to acces the server in the BCF plugin.

His machine is running the latest updates. (W10). I tried removing and re-installing Solibri (Version 9.10), Installing Visual C++ Package, restarting the laptop but nothing helps.

Does anybody know more about this? Are there more people who get this error?
