Not able to add users in Admin of Solibri Solution centre

    Since friday we are not able to add users in the Solution centre.

    The option “user” is greyed out. Only “Admin” or "Buyer"are available.

    See screenshot below.

    Anyone else who has this problem also?

        And here we are with the answer: The user role is added to all by default - so that’s why it’s greyed out. The issue is that the user check box is not shown as checked.

        With the new licensing system any user is on default a user (makes sense, doesn’t it? 😉 ), so we might even think about to get rid of this line and checkbox completely as it just causes confusion. Any objections on this fix?

          I understand.

          Now it is a little bit confusing so either solution is fine with me (remove the user line or show the user box as checked).
