Floors and federated floors

I have a maybe a little stupid question, but I do not see the difference, can you help me further?

Floor = name of the floor in the modell itself
Federated floor = name of the floor in relation to all the models

That’s correct or am I wrong?

But when I generate an ITO and select “Floor” , I see the value of federated floor in the column of floor, that is wrong, isn’t it? Or do I not understand something correctly?

Floor = name of the floor in the modell itself --> true
Federated floor = name of the floor in relation to all the models --> is the name of the floor reverence to the architect model.

In my case, i have serveral models:

I have an classification for this so I have always the same name.
