Coordinate stamp

I am trying to figure out how de coordinate stamp works.
I can imagine that you can create a virtual second base point.

The problem i have is that everything i fill in underneath Pivot Point at the X: and Y: nothing happens. Move and rotation works fine.

Is this a Bug?

It is a bug and it is now added to our bug database.

Instead of using Pivot Point in the rotate around the point the Move coordinates are used.
Using the both Move and Rotating produces now false results.
Using only Move or Rotation works as expected.
