Have you tried to load the Space Grouping classification to be able to check the Escape Route Analysis rule?

after following your steps, below windows appeared and here is not add classification

Then you must have chosen wrong in the first step. It seems like you’ve chosen to create new classification. To add a classification you have to click the Folder icon not the Paper with a green plus icon.
