Problems with "Floor Value" in component distance

Hi

As you can see after I update the models I can now add the same floors (right side is what is added - left side is what i can add)
So if I set the rule to exclude X floors it doesn’t work after updated models. then i can add the same floors again.
i guess this is and id in the background that doesn’t match?
