BCF Live Connector - Control over frequency of connections to server?

With the BCF Live View is there a setting that controls how often it connects to the server? As far as I understand it currently connects every 5 seconds, which is maybe too often for some people? Can an option be added that allows the connection time to be changed?

Maybe you already know this. But it is possible to synchronize manually instead of automatics 5 seconds default. This option is in the settings layout.
I don’t think that it is possible to keep the automatic synchronisation and just modify the timing. -
Yes, I have automatic synchronisation switched off but the software still “connects” to the server every 5 seconds to check for updates. All the manual sync does is allow you to choose when to sync issue changes, using the “Mark as Ready” option, but does not stop the “connecting to server” every 5 seconds

Currently we do not have plans to allow adjusting the connection “heartbeat” to the server project. The main idea behind the BCF Live Connector, is that all users of the server project would continuously benefit from and have access to the newest information on the server project, whether it is coming from Solibri to the server, or from the server to Solibri. Whatever happens past that point, e.g. to and from other applications, is beyond our control, but from our side we strive to provide continuously fresh data.
Having the possibility to adjust a longer heartbeat (e.g. 10 minutes) would already mean that other users which may be working on the same exact issues would not have access to the newest information coming from Solibri, and vice versa, the Solibri user may not have access to the information updated within the last 10 minutes.
This being said, we are open-minded for feature requests
