Finging Provisions for Voids that are object free

Hi,
I am trying to find in a model Provisions for Voids that don’t contain any HVAC or electrical, in such a way that the results would only show the Provisions for Voids that are empty of HVAC or electrical. I have tried a few rules without success, I am most likely missing some crucial part of a rule, and at the moment I can not think of a way complete the task with the rules.
Any help would be appreciated.

SOL234 for example should cover your described use case. Use the component filter and then you can specify the ‘Minimum Amount’ of the inner components there. If the number of inner components inside another component is less than e.g. 1 then an issue should be created.
