missing thumbnail presentation

hello everyone,

I’m using solibri together with 2 other colleagues.
This is what we do;
One of us is keeping the model up to date and saving the model OneDrive to synchronize with the others. After a while we’re losing the thumbnails in the presentations that we’ve made after for example a clash detection.
We’ve all the same build number of solibri (9.10.8.34).

Questions:
Does anyone else has encountered this issues as well?
Does anyone has a solution for this issue or an idea whats causing this issue?
