When trying to add a server in Live connctor pop-up window does not appear after pressing the pluss sign?

This works for me, but two of my collegues have had issues getting the pop-up window to appear to add a new server. They see the window in the picture “Select project” but when pressing the pluss sign nothing happens? Any input on this? Tried updating GPU-driver and reinstalling. After a few days it suddenly worked for one of my collegues.

SOLUTION: User was not logged-in/user information was not visible in the Settings/General.
Removed tick in the box “Remember me” then closed Solibri. Was promted to log-in, then…TADAA

I would call this a bug…?

Hi. Their error logs might show what this could be. Other than that, a bit hard to guess why the window fails to open.
