    Hello there.

Me (and my colleagues) have an issue navingating a model. Normally when the model is loaded we create a horizontal section in order to scroll down to the floor we want to look at. Then we set Solibri in Spin mode in order to efficiently move around.

So what we do is use left mouse button and move the mouse to rotate the view, while using the middle mouse button to “drag” the view around the floor in question. However; pressing the middle mouse button seems to also have the same effect as holding down shift and scrolling the mouse wheel. Meaning that the section gradually cuts more and more until there is nothing left.

It’s annoying that every time we drag the view around, then we have to adjust the section back up to compensate for the use of the middle mouse button. I have tried looking in the settings for a way to configure how the middle mouse button behaves, but no luck.

In other words it seems like middle mouse button has two fuctions at the same time:

    • Dragging the model around in order to navigate
    • Gradually moving the section

Any suggestions as to how to disable that last function ?

Are you using Logitech mouses? If you install the software for your mouse, you can perhaps disable this.

I had a similar problem too, and I could disable it with the logitech options software.
