Issues with cutting planes fillings

The feature was long awaited and in general it works rather good, but sometimes the fillings are just not correct which can be a bit confusing in complex situations.

I am not talking about the flickering which is most likely caused by the moving section planes, but I am more confused about those surfaces which are supposed to be filled like the slabs.

Is this an issue of my graphic card or do other people have the same experience?
