COBie mapping and ITO

Good morning,

I’m getting a strange result when running ‘calculate’ in the COBie app. For reasons I cant fathom CreatedBy and CreatedOn is pulling the wrong data from the ITO - see attached. All other data points are pulling through correctly.

For clarity I have done the following:

1. Setup classifications which correctly pull the desired data as seen into the corresponding ITO
2. adjusted the COBie settings to be looking specifically at my own ITO

Help/observations that may unlock gratefully received as I’m a bit confused as to what is causing this issue

Hi J_D, from what I understand, this is information that is automatically exported from the authoring software. Check in the COBie settings, in the “Created By/On” tab.

If not, check the route of your IFC to integrate this information
