Method for Checking Bolt Spacings

Re: Method for Checking Bolt Spacings
Hi all, I also need a way to check distance between bolt holes from the edge of a plate and also between holes in structural IFC from Tekla Structures. @cpynn did you solve in anyway?
Thanks in advance

Could you provide small example model with the bolt holes?
The hole distances from the edge might be possible to check with rule 233 (Allowed Beam Intersections).
If the holes are modeled with opening objects, then the rule 222 (component distance) can be used for checking the distance between holes. -
@Matti-Kannala thanks a lot for your support!! I talked today with the customer and he prefer to work initially on code checking but we will move on geometrical check in few weeks and I will share sample model and specific request. Actually I don’t want to waste your time, I will get back to you when I will be sure about customer needs

@Matti-Kannala here you can find the small example STRUTTURA ESEMPIO_IFC .ifc
My goal is to check if there’s a free area around a bolt fastener, please have a look to the following picture:

Solibri should verify that there is a free cylindrical space around the bolt. Cylinder diameter equal to twice the bolt head and cylinder height equal to the length of the bolt in order to perform an easy installation on site.Every suggestion is welcome, thanks in advance and best regards
Marco
