Rulechecking Results - Unknown Symbol ?!
-
Hello everyone,
my colleague encounters an issue during Solibri Clash Detection which none of us has seen before:

We are not familiar with the white cross on red ground symbol, yet we don´t know why it occurs.
The responsible rule looks as follows:

to reduce the amount of issues there have been made some exceptions:

When those Exceptions are deactivated the rule processes correctly, but considers too many elements as clashes. As comparison you can find two screenshots:
With Exceptions and an amount of issues as intended

Without Exceptions and many unnecessary issues, but at least no Error-Symbol

Interestingly the rule works fine after deactivating the exceptions, running the test, reactivating the exceptions and running the test again. Only pity is that 21 checked issues from “Überschneidungen von Abgehängte Decke” are considered as new issues, even though they are exactly the same and have been checked and marked previously.
Since it handicaps us in our workflow we are very curious if some of you guys have had similar issues and know a hint or two on how to prevent rules from giving this Error or considering marked issues as newly found.
If Solibri Support needs some insight into the smc we are willing to share it.
Many thanks in advance
cheers

Are you using custom information in your filters or exceptions?
See also here: https://society.solibri.com/topic/2037/231-not-working-with-custom-informations?_=1710416177235 and check your log. -
The cross symbol means that there error in the checking code.
Look the specific issue with that symbol in the rule.
There is an error report. Send that to solibri support.
