    I cannot log in while there are still floating licenses available to which I have been added (assigned). How is it possible that I am not authorized then?

      I had the same the other day, support had to do something on my account…

        I’ve seen this after update to 24.9. We had to activate this version in the Solution Center. There was only 24.5 selected.

          @Hartwig this is usually the reason when getting “you are not assigned a license” I think.
          Anyway, this wasn’t the reason in my case (I had already checked it).

            I had the same problem with my own account last friday. It turned out to be a problem that you can’t solve yourself, so you have to contact customer support.

              C:\Program Files\Solibri\SOLIBRI\log
