    Hi

    I have an issue where the new Issues wont import from checkingresults or a presentation.
    Everything looks like it´s working but the list won´t update.

    Any one experienced this before?

      Hello Jim!

      Could you provide some more information? What version of Solibri are you using? Which server are you connecting to, and are you able to manually add new issues?

        Yes i can manualy add issues.

          If you have a lot of rule results (specifically with multiple iteration of the checkings, if you’ve been working with this solibri file for some time) and the “import issues” button is the one failing (and freezing Solibri), this would be the perfomance issue solved in today’s release (23.5.1)

          EDIT: note that it might still be slow, in my case it takes about 2 minutes

            If Solibri is freezing i doesn´t show at all actually it´s seems to be working fine but no new issues shows up in the live connector. And it´s only about 200 issues in total. The imoport i´m trying to do now is only 86 issues

              Nothing comes quickly to mind which might cause this sort of behaviour. Please send a support request to [email protected]. It would be good to include a screen recording of the behaviour, along with the log files and model (if possible).
