I have noticed that in Solibri information is displayed on properties that are not in the text file, and it is not displayed in other programs when I open the IFC file. Where does Solibri get this information from? Additionally, some properties are listed twice, and Solibri chooses to only show one of these, and it is always the bottom one. Shouldn’t both be shown?

I have attached some screenshots from txt files and from Solibri. As you can see, RefString only appears once in one file, while in the other RefPriSysLoc and RefPriSysOcc are shown even though it is not in the file.

Could send some example IFC to [email protected]?

The properties and property sets that are with Italics in Solibri UI are coming from type object and defined for that.

Having a duplicate name is not good practice: https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/DEV/IFC4_2/FINAL/HTML/schema/ifckernel/lexical/ifcpropertyset.htm
“Every property within the property set shall have a unique name attribute value.”
