Clash matrix not finding the clash

Hi,
can anyone please tell me why my clash matrix is not finding the clash between a IfcCableCarrierSegment and IfcColumn?

What I have checked so far for both components:

• They have correct entities
• Are not excluded from the rule
• Geometry is in both cases extruded and there are no problems
• The cable carrier is identifiable by solibri, because it has problems in other checks
• The column is also identifiable because it has other collision with other components
• The matrix has been generated in excel (with solibri template). For other entities it works fine.

And my clash matrix looks to me also fine:

What is strange, also SOL 1/5.1 ist not capable to find this collision.

Any Solutions?

Hi @agroni,
can you check the type of geometry of the cable carriers?
I experienced undetected clashes of cable carriers exported as “boundary representations” too.
And it happend before. Check this post: https://society.solibri.com/post/6532

Unfortunately I cannot offer a solution. Solibri said they where working on it…

I have checked the geometry for both the cable carrier and the column. In my opinion it is correct.
Strangely solibri detects other clashes of the same column with other electrical components and vice versa of the cable carrier with other architectural components. But the two together do not have a clash.
