Problem by Solibri elearn login

Hello,
I have trouble logging to this website and my IT support say that they do not see an issue on our end.
In the Solibry application I clicked on the “Explore Solibri eLearn” button and landed on a login page. After filling it, I am stuck in this page where each time I click the “Log in with Solibri” button, it keeps returning to the same screen.
Is there any other step I can follow? Or something you can see in my assigned license?
