Unable to save new .smc files in Solibri 29.9.0.123

Hi,

After updating to Solibri version 29.9.0.123, I am unable to save a new .smc file when opening an .ifc

I can open the IFC normally, but when I try to save it as a new Solibri model (.smc), it does not work.
