Wrong Translation of Rule Title ENG/GER?

I have a Ruleset which was set up with a Solibri Installation where the language was set to English.
Now on a collegues computer Solibri started up in German and there I have discovered that the loaded Ruleset is showing me some titles of the Rules in German … well it makes sense since this language has been set, however the title does not match with the actual content of this rule.

Example:
Rule Title (ENG) & Content (ENG+GER) = CORRECT: Required Property Sets
Rule Title (GER) = WRONG: Raumabmessungen müssen innerhalb sinnvoller Grenzen liegen (== Space Dimensions Must Be Within Sensible Bounds)

Switching the language on this computer back to English fixes this issue, however it should not happen.
