Wrong calculation of Area of Doors of Spaces in Quantities

I’m using Solibri version 9.10.8 and I find an unexpected result in the quantiies of some spaces (Area of Doors). I’m using javascript to check it.

I’m comparing the result of quantities of a space that Solibri calculates wrong. I can get this value also in javascript by using the getDoorWidthProperty() or getDoorAreaProperty(). Creating a javascript that iterates de doors associated with the space (getDoors()) and summing the respective area (doorArea += doorItem.getWidthProperty().getDoubleValue();) seams to give me finaly the right quantity,

My perception is that it happens when the doors are decomposition of other elements like curtain walls.
