    good morning everybody,

I have a serious problem with Solibri especially when I update my models in the SMC file.
when I do an update of an IFC model into my SMC file some components just disappear.

redo the update gives me the missing comonents back, but when I close the SMC file and reopen it again the components that were gone are back but other components disappear.
when I redo another update that it is the other way around again.

I did the Java update but that does not give me any results.

When I open the IFC file from which the components disappear in the SMC file, all components are acounted for, so the export from Revit to IFC gives me no problem it is only when I do an update in the SMC file the some components just disappear.

I that a well known issue and can somebody tell me how to fix it?

    greatings,
    Daniel

We would like to investigate this problem. Could send a model which has this problem to Solibri. Could be also only small part of your model.
You could send email to Solibri support ([email protected](. They will provide a link to upload models.
If you can’t send the models, the sending of your Solibri version and the log files helps to find what is going wrong.
The log file can be found: e.g. C:\Program Files\Solibri\SOLIBRI\log
