    Hi,
    from time to time all the issue previews are lost.
    Is there any way to prevent this?
    Restoring is only possible one by one when exactly the “issue-creation-models” are loaded, so older presentations are obviously lost…

      Hello @Stefan-L,

      Could you provide some more details about your problem:

      • Are you using File based BCF or connecting to a server?

      • Which Solibri version are you working with, and what platform?

      • Does the issue occur always at a certain phase, e.g. after updating a model or presentation.

      • Workflow, and step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.

      Any other information which would help us to reproduce the issue here will make it easier to investigate.

        Hm, many questions… 🙂
        This doen’t happen every time, but at least yesterday and some weeks ago.
        The presentations and issues are created in Solibri (now Build 9.10.8.34, but happened before) on W10.
        The affected presentations are sometimes uploaded to a BIMcollab server, but iirc not all of them. They are never “down”-synchronized from server to SMC file, but there is another “BIMcollab presentation”, which is sometimes synchonized.
        I notice the lost pics after opening the SMC file and (maybe later) switching to communication view. It doesn’t happen while working with Solibri.
        I’m quite sure than not all presentations have been affected, the newer ones were broken, the older were OK.
        The SMC file is now about 800MB.
        Preview size is set to “S”.
