How to report differences reported by rule #206

Do you have some sample code for how to generate a model revision report so that I can create a database with all differences both geometrical, placement and properties between two models?

I am working in a project where one of the team members have lost control/overview of all revisions so I am trying to help him create a “model revision database” based on using the revision rule to get an overview of all revisions.
