Please inform us when there is a permanent fix for this issue as we wish to roll back the static IP when possible

We will make sure to do so. We are awaiting more information from the data center on when the issue is resolved.

      Kind regards,

      Toni

Tried 25.12, so far no issues. FYI.
        Never mind, still there.

Hi! I work in IT support in Sweco, and wanted to share a “quick fix”
            If you go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

You will see a file called hosts. If you open it and paste this line at the end of it:
            23.218.216.34 cacerts.digicert.com
This will solve the problem on the affected computer.

This will require admin rights. If it doesn’t work for you, open the file and make sure that saving worked properly. You can’t just hit ctrl+S in a protected file.

                  Hello everyone,

We are pleased to inform you that this issue has been resolved in our upcoming release, version 26.6.0, coming out next tuesday.

The root cause of the disruption was traced to a third-party data center dependency. As we have not received a resolution or clear timeline from the provider, we have taken steps on our side to eliminate this dependency entirely.

With version 26.6.0, the required certificate is now included directly in the Solibri installation package, and we will remove the need for any external connection to a third-party certificate service, which will prevent similar issues going forward.

Once you upgrade to version 26.6.0, no additional configuration or workarounds will be needed. For those of you still working with 25.12.X or 26.4.X versions, we are working to provide a patch for those as well.

Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this.

No news from their side unfortunately. The fix will be coming soon for Solibri users:
