The 3D window stays empty on one specific notebook.
The 3D Information in the Help tab show only “Mode: Normal mode” and no additional information like Display Adapter, 3D Interface,…

Solibri 9.12.5.19
Two display adapters: Intel UHD and AMD Radeon RX550 (latest drivers).

Dear Hannes,

Have you tried to restore the layout?
File > settings > layout > restore
If seen this beging successful for other layouts that were blanc.

A little late but i was searching for the answer after an installation of a new laptop.
