    Dear Society members,

    Regarding Windows 11 support for Solibri, at the moment we are in the middle of testing and investigating potential issues which might come about. For the time being, Windows 11 is not officially supported, meaning that you may or may not encounter issues running Solibri on Windows 11 machines.

    Common known problems:

    • Solibri does not recognize Windows 11 under system information (displays 10)
    • Intermittent freezes or crashes

    Workarounds

    In case you have updated to Windows 11 and are running into problems, one potential workaround is to run Solibri in compatibility mode for Windows 8:

    If you do encounter issues Windows 11, we ask that you please report them by sending a support email with all relevant information to [email protected]

        Just like @Ricardo set, there is a place where we collect knowledge problems?

        Over here we run into many crashes and freezes. I will let you know that running in compatibility mode increases stability.

        Running:

        • OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
        • Version: 10.0.22000 N/A Build 22000
        • Solibri version: 9.12.8.33

            Toni, We have a few collegues on windows 11 now, but one has had a few crashes in the last few days. He mentioned that he thinks it happened the most when he was making dimensions. (I changed it now to compability mode)

            I will email the support team the error and runtime logfiles.

                  Hi all,

                  Regarding Windows 11, we can confirm that Solibri is compatible and there shouldn’t be a reason to avoid using it. Previous issue should be fixed already in 9.13.0 . We will update this page to reflect the information: https://help.solibri.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500005246041-System-Requirements

                  However, if you are experiencing any issues, please contact our support and we will make sure the issues are logged and fixed.
