Solibri office won't start - (Java) Error during startup

    Goodmorning,

    Since this morning, myself and multiple colleagues have the problem that Solibri Office won’t start. It gives us the following error message:

    After the error it starts in Anywhere
    It happens on multiple different builds; 9.12.6.22, 9.12.1.9 and the newest 9.12.7.24.

    @Solibrians do you know what this problem is and how we can fix it? (I have also mailed this to support, but this is kinda critical…)

      Hello all!

      After the downtime event this morning, we are recovering slowly back to normal, and users are able to access both SSC and Solibri. Users might however get denials until the service health has been completely recovered. Please see this post on our website for more information on the case:

              We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Solibri is fixing the problem at the moment.

                    Jep we have the same problem -
                    good to know solibri is fixing it right now!
                    @Solibrians do you maybe have a approximately
                    estimate how long it will take ?

                      Same here, happened to one of our other regions last month. Got IT checking to ensure our systems aren’t blocking the required ports. If it’s an issue on Solibri’s side, hopefully it can be resolved promptly.

                            This is the one that I get. I guess they’re related since Solibri Office was working fine a few hours ago.

                              I’m getting an error while installing the latest update, does it have to do with the same issue?

                                            We are having this issue again today, same error. We can’t use our office licences.

                                            I hope that you can resolve this quickly…
