Solibri office won't start - (Java) Error during startup

@Solibrians do you maybe have a approximately
estimate how long it will take ? -
Same here, happened to one of our other regions last month. Got IT checking to ensure our systems aren’t blocking the required ports. If it’s an issue on Solibri’s side, hopefully it can be resolved promptly.

After the downtime event this morning, we are recovering slowly back to normal, and users are able to access both SSC and Solibri. Users might however get denials until the service health has been completely recovered. Please see this post on our website for more information on the case:

Hello all,
We are currently facing an issue with Certificates which prevents Solibri from launching successfully.
We are aware of the situation and currently working to fix it on our side and resolve the issue ASAP.We will give an update once the issue is resolved.
