@celineman said in Startup Isse : java.security.cert.X509 error:

    This is what I got

    1. Open https://api.solibri.com/ to you browser (Chrome)
    2. Click the icon in front of the address bar
    3. Click “Connection is Secure”
    4. Click “Certifcate is valid” (In Edge browser there is a Certificate icon instead)

    In that page:

    1. Click the Details:
    2. Click Export… and save the cert to local disk
    3. Click Windows key
    4. Type “CMD”
    5. Right Click the Command Prompt icon appearing
    6. Click “Run as Administrator”
    7. Run command
“C:\Program Files\Solibri\SOLIBRI\jre\bin\keytool.exe” -import -noprompt -cacerts -alias api.solibri.com -file “<path to the file exported file>”
    8. Type “changeit”

Same here - mysteriously working again. Any indication as to the cause?

@celineman @keithwilkinson Glad to hear all is fine now!
We’re still investigating and so far the issue seems to point towards Cloudflare since this issue disappeared after they did a maintenance break earlier today, only for the UK.
Despite this, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Hi, I have this startup problem as well. @Matti-Kannala
Firewall ports and Proxy settings are in accordance to Firewall-Settings. I recognized that Settings / General / User is empty. Any suggestion?

Is anyone still getting this issue? I seem to have this issue today, in the morning it worked fine, I came back after lunch to this message? No clue how to fix it.
