    @jacob-wangara I did as you suggested and my regional Support Team activated it for me.
    @YasmineD I was in the same situation. Write to the support email and they will promptly give you access.

    Thanks @ellen-de-mol for the screenshots, this indeed looks to be more serious than just BCF Live, as your entire instance is going completely blank. I can’t say I’ve seen this before, so definitely something we need to look into. I’ll check with support on the details.

    I can create the template within a project, but new Solibri models are created daily by me and my colleagues. And not all colleagues have the willingness or the knowledge to create the templates.
