@beatriz-massutti what you have discovered in rule 230 under value conditions are patterns (?,*), but not the official regex pattern. We have implemented this logic in the IDS editor and it is also on the roadmap for the Solibri Office portfolio

@Hamzalaalaoui Can you once more try to import from the longer path and send the runtime.log that’s in the log folder of your Solibri installation?

Before you do this, you can delete the runtime.log, so it won’t have info about anything else.

The issue with Aconex is fixed. Please update to Solibri 24.12.0 or later.

This may also depend on which level you create the issue.

You made it on the 2nd layer. Below that is another layer. It may be that some of the issues have been resolved, but not. Because otherwise Solibri would indicate OK.

The picture in Solibri tries to show the old problem, but those components are no longer there.
In the issue, click on the tbbbald components and select the components there and press =.

Then the components that remain in the clash will become visible. If you then press the communication tab and add a new image, you can send it again.

Or you close this issue at this level and create a new one at a lower level, the 3rd level.

It can sometimes also happen that the new ifc consists of new GUIDs, because they have the wrong settings in the export. Then solibri can no longer find the right components

Maybe the filter is using model (B)'s 1FL not the model (A)

You can go through up to 12 different layouts with hotkeys: F1-F12

F1 - always File Layout (it’s a non customizable layout)
F2-F11 - user layouts
F12 - always Ruleset Manager Layout (click F12 again to go back to the layout you came from)

I’ve had this syncing problem, too, but with a different error message. Which server or BCF service provider are you using?

I was using Trimble Connect and it was because the “viewpoint” in this case a picture was too big. I don’t how big attachment Trimble connect accepts but 0,7 Mb is okay and 2,7 Mb is not okay.

Edit: added “or BCF service provider” to be clearer.

The latest version Solibri 24.12.0.44 fixes issues in which issue slides could be lost for multiple linked results when only one of the issues was resolved.

I do have 9.13.6.15, but when i go to Solibri Solution Center i get this pop-up
