You could in the checking view add from the view menu in the right upper corner the “Issues” view. Remember to create a presentation first in the communication view

Can you please log this through [email protected] and I will personally look into the issue. Can you also provide both the SMC file and the Excel Sheet as part of the original email.

I have the same issue. It only happens for models saved and synct to ACC. Same model saved on our server works fine. But that doesn’t help coordination…

We are making Solibri CheckPoint available globally, the marketing focus has been on US & UK (and Ireland) due to the first integrations of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore. For EU market we know that more integrations are needed and those are currently in the pipeline.

After confirming the Admin role (of the troubleshooting page @hkringsKUBUS send) to see if any options were visible confirming this in Solibri itself.

I didn’t see this, but than i saw the “remember me” option, and i was immidiately triggered that it could help to relog (in the end it couldn’t hurt to try).

After restarting and logging back in I tried it again, and when i clicked the ‘+’ to add a server now immidiately a pop-up window appeared saying “collecting server data” (or something similar). After like 10-15 sec all server are now loaded and available as options.

(yes, I’ve also found the dark mode theme option and enabled that as well)

I guess a previous build had corrupted some user data and blocked the search for servers step, or something like that. Might be good to Report this as a bug, so it could be fixed for others with a upcoming update!

If one IFC has a grid… Solibri will project this grid on every level that is in your smc.
So if you have a lot of models… with different levels with different heights… and only one has an IFC grid… then you get somelthing like your picture.

You can make an ITO of the levels to check different levels and heights…

I think about it almost every day I work with Solibri. I just want to be able to set aside the result for the current checking iteration but mark it in a way that I will pass over it easily in the future, during another checking iteration.

Thanks @john-lipp, that’s an interesting approach.
For now I will stick to rule 234 and go by floor, this seems to be quick enough. I still have to sort out a lot of false positives but it’s probably easier than juggling back and forth with the ITO.

I’ll keep in mind this ITO for other use cases though!

Hello Eren,

I’ve found a workaround: I first press the “show all” button in the panel. Afterwards I leftklick in the viewport and select cutting planes --> restore previous cutting planes. Hope this helps. (don’t know if the namings are correct)

thank you matti for the reply, the wildcards i guess that they are done in excel or something after the ito , what i really want is extracting only the pset and and the ifc entity , like shown in the image but solibri everytime i select a pset like données or identifiaction , i must select a proprety , he doesnt extract all the propreties at once

@Matti Should I post it as a feature request?
It might be necessary if we always check which elements have been edited. For example in Scan2BIM modelling.

One way to is to use Result Summary Report. The new version of the Solibri supports reporting each issue and component to Excel. For the issues you can report the issue category or all the categories. This way you can systematically record how many clashes exist on the category level.
