Seems legit.

I guess your property is defined by sth like

#12345=IFCPROPERTYSINGLEVALUE('YourPropertyName',$,IFCREAL(102.),$);

Your IfcUnits are probably mm but the specified lenght units in Solibri might be m in your first example with 3 digits shown?

Though I am not sure then why in your second example you suddenly have 5k mm with 6 decimals shown. But it would make sense that it is actually 5(.0) meters in your file (which might be a different one/having different units (m) assigned?)

So ‘Text’ is just sth. that acutally exists within Solibri. In fact the value specified in the IFC is derived via getPropertyValue () which brings me back to my first reply

You can define the unit measures and how they are shown within Solibri in your settings.

There are several tutorials, what varies is which version of BFC they save it in. It is the same in the new BCF manager from Archicad, but the truth is that I always prefer to install the BCF Manager from BIMcollab, since the cloud is free and it can be linked to Solibri and Archicad from the server as well. All incidents saved and managed from a single database for that project.

@JSN I completely agree with that. The open dialog is a pain and seems to be from the time of Win95 or even Win3.11…

Thanks. It is done; Issues from Solibri to Trimble Connect it is working… BUT… Issues from Trimble to Solibri did not working.
I am figuring out if this is a problem related to the File name/IFC name header or something else.

I thought the same… I think preset view selections had also been discussed at some point.

@Solibrians: It is easy to use classifications or selection basket to filter the view, but it’s still a few clicks, more so when you need both. Particularly when using rulesets, this can get very repetitive and turns out to be quite the time waster.
This might be a feature request for an extension of both the filter functionality as well as the “classification as model colour” functionality…

So we want reports templates to work with GUIDs, independently of the user’s settings, and have another export format than XLSX. Maybe XML or JSON or SQLlite or whatever, not idea about the best choice.

There is a serious bug. Sometimes even if I update view in BCF Live Connector then it still comes out wrong

It is not the same sheet everytime. Additionally if I report the sheet again I get different result. I have also checked any white spaces prior and adjusted the name of the sheets and ITO name. Unfortunately till now I have not advanced nor have seen any positive results.

Ok I tried and it works. Thanks! Normally we never use Solibri Classifications since we focus on getting our authoring cad program to do the job correctly.

Public bug fix. Got information from Trimble and tested myself
