Yes, the problem is still there. But not on all PCs.

In case of Windows, try adding this option to “C:\Program Files\Solibri\SOLIBRI\Solibri.vmoptions”

          -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStoreType=WINDOWS-ROOT

Is it just simply adding that line to Solibri.vmoptions? and then run Solibri?
              I did that but doesn’t work… @Matti-Kannala

Hi, tried adding that here but no joy. I’m also UK-based and using Windows.

Just to check if you are having some firewall or similar that could affect:

                  1. Open https://api.solibri.com/ to you browser (Chrome)
                  2. Click the icon in front of the address bar
                  3. Click “Connection is Secure”
                  4. Click “Certifcate is valid” (In Edge browser there is a Certificate icon instead)
                  5. Check that certifcate matches: Cloudflare, Inc. and public key 80d1db0dd47ad24ac24c05fe19273a1a4b39977563a3f9a69ae970b53a1b44fa

That all seems to match here.

Was this from a PC where the Solibri is not starting?

could you please confirm you can log in and successfully launch and use Solibri?

Same here - mysteriously working again. Any indication as to the cause?

@celineman @keithwilkinson Glad to hear all is fine now!
We’re still investigating and so far the issue seems to point towards Cloudflare since this issue disappeared after they did a maintenance break earlier today, only for the UK.
Despite this, we apologise for the inconvenience.
