Solibri office won't start - (Java) Error during startup

    Unscheduled maintenance break

    We are currently doing some unscheduled maintenance that is affecting both Solibri Solution Center and using Solibri software. We have identified the possible issue and are working our hardest to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

    We would highly appreciate, if you could please forward this information to the Solibri users in your organization.

    We will update you immediately when the functionality is restored.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

        This is the one that I get. I guess they’re related since Solibri Office was working fine a few hours ago.

          I’m getting an error while installing the latest update, does it have to do with the same issue?

          I tried both updating and a clean install and neither worked.

                      Hello all!

                      After the downtime event this morning, we are recovering slowly back to normal, and users are able to access both SSC and Solibri. Users might however get denials until the service health has been completely recovered. Please see this post on our website for more information on the case:

                        We are having this issue again today, same error. We can’t use our office licences.

                        I hope that you can resolve this quickly…

                              Hello all,
                              We are currently facing an issue with Certificates which prevents Solibri from launching successfully.
                              We are aware of the situation and currently working to fix it on our side and resolve the issue ASAP.

                              We will give an update once the issue is resolved.
