I have checked the geometry for both the cable carrier and the column. In my opinion it is correct.
Strangely solibri detects other clashes of the same column with other electrical components and vice versa of the cable carrier with other architectural components. But the two together do not have a clash.

I’m not that firm in coding so I think I’d have to ask someone to make it work. looks like there is some different workaround methods we can use. I just found it strange that this was not a standard function

I encountered this issue only when the wall composite contained building materials with transparent surface materials that were included in the IFC export. In my case, these were air gaps within the exterior wall structure.

When I disabled these building materials from being included in the IFC export, the transparency issue was resolved.

However, this caused another problem: in some roof structures modeled with slabs, where the same air gap building material was used in the composite, the slab edge surface was lost. Instead, all the individual layers of the composite became visible separately including the air gap which made the result look very messy.

To solve this, I created a separate building material for facades where the air gap is not included in the IFC export, and another one for the roof where it is. With this setup, I was able to get the model to look sufficiently clear in Solibri.

EDIT: I use Archicad with Finnish localization so my apologies if I haven’t used the right terms for everything. I don’t know precisely what they are in English.

I have to write this workflow down, because it might be useful to others or might be entirely wrong and someone will show me better, … anyway, here it is:

create a SOL 1 rule parsing for duplicates:

make sure that all dups are rejected, but the first one:

select all items (click on “=”) to make a starting selection basket, including the dups. In this particular case it was these 3 Models:

run the SOL 1 rule, then right-click it and select all rejected:

open the “Checked components” view, select all lines and click on “-” to remove them from the selection basket.

Now you have a selection of everything, excluding the dups. It is advisable to save this selection by name in the Selection Basket:

Now you can filter by selection basket the results of your rules:

That is years old version. Update to a newer version. The latest is Solibri 25.12.0.

If your laptop is having alternative card, try using that.

The problem is probably that there are too many characters in the text (title or description—or both). I often encounter synchronization errors when too many elements are affected, as this usually results in the text/description being too long. Apparently, the maximum number of characters in BIMcollab is lower than in Solibri. In my opinion, this should be adjusted or reduced to prevent synchronization errors.
