This was indeed the issue, i had a lot of rules loaded into the model and one of them was partially disabled.

3 Years later is there a solution for this?
Currently, I am using Rules 223, 234 and 1 to minmize the errors, which takes a lot of time and effort.
I wish there would be just one precise rule

We are experiencing the same issue.
We did notice that while the link to the SharePoint environment is correct, no notification appears indicating that a new model is available. A manual update also updates the model correctly without any additional settings. You just have to click the bullet under ‘manual’ and click ‘OK’ and the update is done.

Yes exactly. I think it used to be more intelligent (lower camera angle would still work)

just to let you know this issue is still cumbersome.

I do some trials to verify this results and shared in below. I made 3 corridors with different widths, now the criteria set to 980mm. From the results:

Result “Inaccessible doors” on left corridor. This is T shaped route with 3 doors, the width of corridor is 900mm. Same as previous example, Solibri raised out inaccessible door instead of width.
However, 2 doors are alerted rather than all 3 doors. If the bottom door can’t be accessed, so as the top door be the same case.
Anyway, there is no mention of “width problem”. The alert on the right side corridor stated the corridor do not meet width requirement. This meet the intention.

In the meantime, the door of the previous file was relocated, remain corridor width 800mm. But this time Solibri reported as a Pass result. It did not raised a width is not complied.
May be need some expertise from Solibri for more information.

Seid Ihr auf Version 24.5? Es gibt bei den Release notes Informationen dazu, dass in 24.9 Probleme mit solchen “Null-Elementen” behoben worden sein sollen. Ggf. hilft ein Update…

I think what you are looking for is “roles”, you can link resources such as rules, ITOs and classifications to it and if you make them favourite they will load automatically.

I think this is not CDE , but solibri’s problem
1.At the moment filter works, but sometimes I can not import all selected issues, i need to mark it.
2.Imported slides contain wrong section and model selection. Exported views are correct in the CDE (dalux).
3.I have tried both dark and light UI and somewhat outcome regarding BCF live connector is different.

Is there any progress on this point? @Matti-Kannala

It would be great having some ways of drilling down the nearest spaces.

examples :
A) for walls, doors, etc. only take spaces left and right
B) for slabs, only take spaces above (usually equivalent to say in the same floor)
C) for slabs, only take spaces below (usually equivalent to say in a different floor)
