Hi, you’re right, and it’s resolved now, thanks!
The ifc was updated on a pc where the version was still 9.13.2.10, and then I opened it with version 9.13.3.18.
Now I’ve updated the ifc with version 9.13.3.18, and now it looks correct 🙂

After taking another look at the rule settings, I realized that I had overseen a parameter.
I corrected it and the rule works perfectly now.

@david-polanski Thanks for clarifying, from my understanding our IT department had reached out to Autodesk as the entire issue is related to the API setup on Autodesks end as you mention.

For now it seems like i will be caught in a limbo. 😕

@Gianni @MEA The filtering creates an “AND” operation between two rows that have the same component. If you have, for example, two rows with “Any” component that their requirements don’t overlap, you get nothing as result.

What kind filter you want to create?

If you want to create a filter that matches several classification names, use the “One Of” operator and list all the classification names you want to match there.

So, I really don’t have the numbers, but I am quite sure I’ve seen a drop of around 100-200 mbs after a “fresh” .smc has been created. I’d also like to add that other than autorun, it’s has also most likely been models that have been added/removed from the .smc over the same period of time (incase that affects the file size in any way). I’d like to give you more information to go on, but I really don’t have any other then what I’ve heard and personally seen myself.

@Jack-Allason Is this version specific? So you can open it with an older Solibri but not with the latest?

If you create the ITO from scratch in the new version and save it, can you open it in the new version? How about the old version?

Can you reproduce this and send us the logs?

Open Solibri Reproduce the issue Zip the log folder under the Solibri installation folder Send the log over

If you’re concerned about your log contents, you can remove all files in the log folder before step one. Then the logs will be smaller and only contains information relevant to this issue.
If you don’t want to share the logs here, you can send them to [email protected].

Button for showing openings is included in the latest version Solibri 9.13.3

This bug is fixed in the latest release 9.13.3.

BREP does not work with Solibri, can you confirm/elaborate if this is due to the technical limitation?

However, when looking again on the example file provided recently, then this is not really making sense, as the part seems to be created as an Extrusion an is still not showing information correctly
